Your music, played locally

Drop tracks or a folder into the player, browse them by track, album or artist, shape the sound with the equaliser and take the reactive visualisations full screen. Browsers do not permit a website to retain access to local music after the tab is closed, so saved playlists remember filenames and order; local files must be selected again when you return.

Private by designYour audio remains on your device. Socudya records only anonymous feature counts such as play starts and visualisation choices.
Direct audio linksOpen Audio URL can play a direct MP3, OGG or internet-radio stream. Normal YouTube page links cannot be used as audio sources.
Stay awakeWhere the browser supports Screen Wake Lock, the screen is kept awake while music is playing and released when playback stops.
Built-in demoThe original Socudya demo is generated inside your browser so you can try the equaliser and visualisations without supplying music.
